Returns

At capandcapshop.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions stated below.

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Not be damaged or altered by the customer

Certain items may not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or promotional items (if stated as non-returnable)

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned through the original payment method used during purchase.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
